 assuming your work starts on 8am...and by being late lets say 30minutes everyday... your salary is still the same no deduction...what would you do? be late? or still go to work early?^_^ what motivates you to go to work early?

People who are habitually late for things annoy the heck out of me, because in today's world so much depends on tight schedules and to have people coming and going late throws those schedules off and ruins a good day more often than not. I hate being late.

| 2. kbourgerie (1918) | 2 years ago |  No I am never late. I'd almost rather not go than be late, but instead I plan my morning in order to be there early. I am always a half an hour to 45 minutes early. You never know what may arise and I try to make allowances for those things that you can't control. Besides I hate to rush to do anything.

3.  miracleman2008 (155) | 2 years ago |  I look at it like this,if you are getting paid a salary,that means the company in witch you work trusted you to be there,everyday,and on time.I would venture to say someone with more respect for a job could possibly take your place real easy.I wouldn`t want to lose just because i`m to lazy to get up on time.

and you think 8 am everyday to start your work is too early.we here all start our work at 7:20 am but the time we finish our work is not so late,about at 4:40.
you know i'm not really working right now,my college life hasn't finished yet.and i started to work in advance.
you know i'm not really working actually.this job is a little bit different from others.i don't get paid now.
you must be very confused.cuz i'm not a good speaker.you know,what i'm trying to say is that i am working as a teacher but the job i do is not really like what you thought.i didn't teach now.i just listen to the class and be ready for teaching.
and when the time is up(i mean it's time for me to return to college and write my essay) i would have my final checking class.and the leader in school will listen to my class and they decide whether i should stay to work when i graduate next semester.
so i should say whatever will happen i should keep on what i'm doing.it's all about life.
