What are the best DVDs with great workout?

I have found several that I like. They are all good for any level of physical ability and I get results from constant and routine use.
When I travel I take "Walk away the Pounds." You can walk in the hotel room for a 1 or 3 mile walk.
I like AM/PM Yoga with Rodney Yee to stretch.
For a pilates type work out I like the Gaiam line of options. I did not care for Winsor.

The Crunch line of DVDs offer some good stuff too.

If your looking for a movie to watch while your exercising, ex. if you have an eliptical... My female friend reccomened watching romance movies or movies with skinny girls lol she said it motivated her to work harder hahah. Guess it depends no you!

The one that i always liked was "Richard Simmons" swinging to the oldies....That one was fun,it works and you have fun all at the same time..All these other ones i have tried are boring..Its bad enough having to exercise but if i can do it,and have fun at the same time i will...It gives you a complete work out..Richard gives you a pep talk,and you can rock to the music....

My favorite DVDs to work out to are Gaiam brand. I believe you can get them at Target. I use my Pilates DVD as much as I can. It's quick and really gets my muscles going, but you need plenty of room to sprawl out on the floor. Along with their DVDs come nice information about diet and fitness programs, too.

My biggest problem with DVD exercise videos is that I often can't stand the instructor...Gaiam instructors are motivating without being obnoxious.:)
