| |  I am sorry to say that the walmarts in my town and all the surronding towns (except one) have already gotten rid of the fabric section. The one that still has it said that as soon as they get rid of most of their stock it is out! I really hate this because both my daughter like to sew and now we will have to drive a fair distance to get what we need.

| |  I am sorry cjgrooms. I think maybe they are keeping ours because we are in a rural area where many people still make their own clothes..The demand on e-mails and calls from this particular area, may have our Walmart consider it better to keep it..

| |  Oh no! I had not heard about this...I sure hope the Walmart stores around here don't get rid of their's. It's the only place I can afford to buy fabric. I will have to look into this...I don't need to buy party supplies from Walmart, we already have several 'warehouses' for that and what few party supplies I get I just go to the dollar store for anyway.
Good job for being part of the cause for your store keeping your store's fabric section.

| |  I hope the walmart by us keeps their fabric section. It is hard enough to find fabric anymore. I like that I can get fabric for great prices at our local walmart. I would be devistated if they got rid of this section. I would have no reason to ever go into a walmart again.

| |  Our Walmart still has their fabric section too. they recently gave the store a makeover though and it is hard to find things there now. I am trying to still get used to it.
