Have You Ever Wondered About The Meaning

Thank you for sharing that with me I found it insightful and interesting. I often wondered about my dreams and their meanings as I've had some really weird dreams. I still do not know the meanings of my dreams and have actually noticed that I hardly remember my dreams anymore when I wake up.. weird I wonder if I'm not sleeping properly .. oh wel.l

I've been into dream analysis for several yrs now actually and have a book that I just love..not because its got a dream dictionary but because it goes into detail about our different dream selves and so on...Its my favourite of the books I have....

One thing to be mentioned though is, a dream dictionary should ONLY be used as a possible guideline....obviously using common sense when using a book (or website) like that is the important thing...and when you use it, of course you have to think about YOUR life, fears, etc etc and if the definition doesnt apply then you need to go at the dream from a different angle..ALSO...its not just big things that shoudl be analyized but little things too...like Numbers, colours, day/night, location, feelings and the list goes on and on....

I absolutely LOVE dream analysis and you really can find out not only alot about yourself but soluttions to issues in your waking life as well...

I tend to have dreams about things that have already happened Goodie,well they are more nightmares.I doubt very much if mine is on the site,but sometmes i only have one part in a dream,one object,i shall go look,i always wondered why my dream always focused on the one part/object.

You are asking if I ever wondered about the meaning of dreams. I can't afford to lol.

The reason is that I dream practically every day and my dreams are BIG on content. I typically have a CHAIN of dreams which may or may not be logically connected.

Right now, my thought is that for the most times or all, I guess dreams are just dreams.

My mind is too creative so it concocts all kinds of things when my conscious mind gives my subconscious free rein.

Sometimes yes I do especially if it's a bad dream. I had a dream one time about my sister being kidnapped and killed by someone unidentified. I woke up in the middle of the night and I contacted my sister right away out of freaking out. hehehe.. Some of my dreams were those people I was just acquianted we sort of talked about him/her before I slept.

Hmmmm very interesting! Lately Ive been having some scarey dreams too. I think I will check that site out. Thanks I hope you dont have more dreams of snakes. Im deathly afraid of them.

I use to have dreams about snakes all the time. the, chasing me. So i did what you did and i looked it up. you are so right. not all scary dreams means the the worst. thanks for the link goodie, i am going to go on there and check things out

I believe that dreams is a way to send as a message or warn us. I post about dream here in mylot and someone give a meaning. What a coincidence because we have the same interpretation about it. Like i was flying in my dream and sometimes fight with a monster or evil. I just forget to tell her when i had a dream about a guy who have no face. I just don't know why i always had a dream about it, having an affair in a man without face. Dreams are always a part of our life and no matter what we say that it is the other version of our life or just a simple dream, it really affect us especially when we wake up crying because of dream.

I do wonder about the meanings of my dreams, Goodie123, and I do believe that they carry some meaningful message(s), not all the times though. I do not, however, base my life on them but still consider them important and try to decipher them.

Most of my dreams are about objects of nature, animals and my relatives. I see sun, moon, stars, space, Green lush lands, lions, tigers, horses, (like you) snakes, my family, studying, lecturing, solving puzzles, fighting and struggling, swords and myself as a greater superman, LOL!

Majority of the interpretations given here match with interpretations existing in my own culture and family. And, most of these were great, Hehe!
