only one bird can

I've noticed that about hummingbirds. I have a feeder off my deck and watch them every day.

I'm not sure about anything else that doesn't or can't walk backwards, but shrimp ONLY swim backwards. They cannot swim forwards!

That's as far as my knowledge on this sort of thing goes.

Oh, by the way, our gas prices recently DROPPED about 10 cents a gallon!!!

Our fuel prices have gone down a bit at last.

Time doesn't go backwards.

I knew about the humming birds but not about the kangaroo or the Emu. We learn something new every day.
I am not sure I can remember any other animal that doesn't walk backwards but I"m glad that I checked this discussion because now I know something I didn't before:):):

I know fish and squirt can swim backward. Human can too! In the opposite, inflation and time can't go backward. Unless, there is miracle in economy and the invention of time machine. The petrol price can go backward, that's when a new form of energy is found, which substitute it as a main power generator for vehicle.
