best terminator movie

I've honestly never seen any of the Terminator movies but like everyone else in the world, I am familiar with the "I'll be back" line. I just never got into the sci-fi type action that they have going on in those movies.

I'd have to say the 3rd was the best for special effects. Each one was better than the one before in that manner.

I do like the first, as I usually do, with 'serials' because there is nothing like the first one. LOL

I'll agree Terminator 3:Rise of the Machines has the best special effects of the three, but my favorite to watch is Terminator 2:Judgment Day.

I liked all of the Terminator movies. I thought they were all good. I really do not have a favorite. If I had to choose one, I guess it would be the second one made. Arnold Swartzeneger is a very good actor in every one of his movies.

Well i like all the Terminator movies. The storyline for all there were fantastic but the second one is my favorite. It had much better effects then the first and the third had a bit too much gore for gore's sake in my opinion. No matter how many times I see it I still get choked up at the end when the Terminator has her lower him into the molten metal. I just really enjoy watching it.

I've seen all three though I've seen T2:Judgment Day again recently, I would say I love 1 the most. I associate Arnold's famous line "I'll be back" more in his "The Last Action Hero" Movie

I have to admit that I preferred Terminator (the first one) of the three. There seemed to be hope at the end of it, if you know what I mean. I found T2 quite depressing and T3 was the most depressing of them all, the ending didn't give me hope at all (yes, I know it's only sci-fi) but the ending of T3 was so very bleak that I felt really sad LOL! And I did think John Connor in T1 was very sexy haha!

Terminator 2 is definitely my favorite. It's just perfect.
I don't like third and wish it was never made.

I think terminator 2 was the best of them all. I didn't have to watch terminator 1 to be able to understand the trilogy's plot. As for terminator 3, Kristanna Loken gave an outstanding performance and she seemed as cold as she could be but the movie had a depressing ending as if no hope left at all for the protagonists even after the villainous android (Loken) got terminated by the character of Arnold Schwarzenegger because the war between man and machine still happened.
