What if you were wrongly accused of child abuse

Maybe send them a letter they cant refuse that if they didnt know it was from me, id feel i had to do something because id hate to have anyone think that low of me. Id also be hurt that a so called friend would believe a rumour over our relationship and not even attempt to find out the truth that would hurt more than then saying to me did you abuse my child.

If I thought a friend had abused my child id certainly not allow them contact with my child until I knew for sure but I would have to know if they did or not and only then would I make my choice but id certainly protect my child and keep them from them without knowing the truth because keeping them safe is any parents main aim in life

this thing actually happened to a very close friend of mine and he went through hell and back, at first he did not know what he had done, he lost his job, and he was so depressed he had to see a psychiatrist. It was all wrong and it took five years of fighting in court for him to get his reputation and his job back.

That is a real hard one. I don't know that you could convince them of anything different, even if you confronted them. It would really be hard to deal with. I really don't know how I would handle it. I would definitely want to know what the situation was, but you may never know.

Simple. Any person that won't stand by me or even let me tell my side of the story will be dead to me. Especially when I am cleared and they try to come back into my life. Why in the h*ll would I want anyone around me who believe the worst of me and won't let me explain? And knowing me, after I was cleared, I would try to sue and get a large settlement. And if these "friends" think they can apologize and be in my life after shunning me, they are Strongly mistaken.Only my real friends will be in my life.
