I don't know why, maybe because there was more foreplay, maybe because it was the second time. I would say to tell your boyfriend to keep going and not to stop. As long as you say it in a nice way. For instance: when you are in the middle of it and then he stops simply say " Baby don't stop" then BAM he wont.
I am sure if you were doing something to him that he likes you would love to know.
