Potting Training with Big Brothers help, or is it helping? | | My daughter has shown an interest in potty training, she is 18 months. My son trained at about 2 but they say girls potty train ealier. Plus she sees her brother using the potty. So I went out and got her a potty of her very own. Well that would good and all but for her older brother (now 4). He seems to want to be one to potty train her. Poor thing. He will pick her up and put her on the potty and if she tries to get up he puts her back on it. He even pee peed in her potty saying "See Emmie, pee pee in the potty". I appricate his help but I am worried that his over excitement of this is going to cause her to NOT want to use the potty (especially sense he thinks she should sit there all the time). Any advice?I do not want to cut him out of the training (or hurt his feelings) sense he seems so excited helping her learn.
