Has your child ever loved an article of clothing  

My son loved his baby blanket that my sister crocheted for him. He dragged it around for so long that it fell apart and luckily she crocheted him another. He still had it in his room when he was twelve! I eventually talked him into letting me stitch it into a half-size quilt for him so now he'll always have it and it won't fall apart--at least not within sight of anyone!

Would your son let you use it to stuff a small pillow or something?

Lexa..thats a cute idea!.I've saved material from all my childrens favorite clothes and made them a quilt from it..something they can keep forever

My sons had a blue shirt that he wore a lot after school, it was always the first thing he'd grab from the clean clothes. Sadly he got older and his sizes changed, he still tried to wear his favorite shirt but it wasn't long before it started to rip at the seems. He had just outgrown the shirt, he has other shirt that he likes just as well but so far none quite as well as the blue one.
