"I love you" What do I mean

when i say "i love you".I mean to tell the person that i CARE, i enjoy being with him, spending time together and that i will always be there for him whenever he needs me.I think loves a feeling...sensation n well..everything.

When I say I love you I mean:

I love you for who you are
I love you for who I am when i'm with you
I love you for your smile
I love you for your laugh
I love you for your sense of humor
I love you for loving me
I love you because your adorable


Love is a complicated emotion that can cause a person's heart to pitter patter to a sweet rhythm shared by the two involved. Love is a magical sensation felt by the senses and intensified by touch.

I think love means duty,and a commitement to the one who you love,and in my opinion one can't say "I love you" casually,it means that you are really willing to pay for him or her,pay your heart,and want to be together with him or her,you want to share your happiness and sad with himand want him to do so,as the saying goes:do not abondon,do not dive up,at any time.

In an intimate sense when i tell someone I love them I am saying all those things you mentioned and then some actually...

Is love a sensation/mind thing/flippy floppy heart thing etc etc...Hhhmmm I think its different for everyone really...

When I say I love you I mean

I love being with you, how happy you make me when we together
I love how much we care for each other
I love that we can make each other laugh and can be so daft around each other
I love you for you and that you love me for me
I love that we make time for each other so we get some together time
I love that I can rely on you when I most need it, knowing you will do everything to comfort me and make me feel special

ahhhhhhhhhhhhh the ages old question. Love is all of those things you have mentioned and more. It is a sensation, remeber how it feels to be kissed by the one you love. Love is a mind thing..remember how it feels just to think about that special someone.

Love means different things to different people. When you say "I Love you" to your child,to your parents, brother, friends etc... it is not the same "I Love you" that you tell your S/O.

I think that "I love you" means all of the things that you have described, and lots more.
Obviously it's subjective, so it's hard to describe, but I think every single time reflects care, affection and appreciation for the object of your love, and there can be many other emotions, feelings, thoughts and meanings at any one time=D
