How to make your marriage last.

divorce isnt ALWAYS ugly by any means....My advice to make a marriage last....be openminded, be honest, communicate and DO NOT try to live your marriage accordign to everyone elses standards..its NOT their marriage, its yours so DO IT YOUR WAY...My husband and I do that and its worked out very well for us..

i think that there are some key things that you should do to try and make your mariage work and last...like always be there for the woman and always being faithful and always taking care of one another...like when each other is sick...and always respect each other but i also think that its a good idea to give each other their space so that they can go their own way and that way they miss each other...but thats just some of my ideas...i guess that everyone has their own ideas of what to do to make their marriage work...

LOL! You're silly but I know I def. want to get married one day but I really don't want to get a divorce I feel like it would break my heart to dedicate myself to someone in such a way and then have that person leave me. Sometimes I repeat SOMETIMES, I feel like people just get divorced because they are selfish and don't want to compromise with their mates just a little. Just a little. Like I said, SOMETIMES thats the way things seem to me. I am going to do everything I can (within reason) to make my marriage last when my time comes. I say within reason because I understand there are just some situations that are just out of your control that you should just remove yourself from. My mama always said men will do whatever they want be it right or wrong (Yep thats right mama had said it). So I'm preparing myself for possible heartbreak but hoping for a fulfilling relationship.
