How do you find teacher in your high school?

I had many teachers in high school, and they were are pretty diferent. Some were puch-overs, some were fun, and good at teaching teenagers, some were really boring and strightforward and some were actually funny.

Well, I would like to talk about one teacher I had in high school. She would look mean and strict to the younger year levels but when she becomes your teacher, she's the total opposite. She's funny, smart, good...She had all these fun activities prepared for us. There was never a boring class when she's around.

Most of my teacher in high school were pretty boring. Most of them just graduated from teaching school. They didnot know how to teach high school student. I suspected most of them even never teach high school ever.
I remembered one teacher who just read out loud from the text book to us during her lesson. OMG! Talking about the teacher quality of my high school year. Only my math and English teacher were better.

Most of my teachers were funny and weird, but very straightforward. They will laugh and joke with you, but when it was time to learn they were really serious. I had a personal relationship with all my teachers, and some I still talk to! There was some that was kinda crazy and boring at times, but overall were really good teachers.

I never had an overtly bad experience with a teacher in high school, however, I liked some more than I liked others. In fact, I am not quite sure what this says about me, but my grade in a class always seemed to have more to do with the teacher than it had to do with the difficulty of the subject matter being taught. This is ironic to some and understandable to others, so it all depends on personal experience I guess. I had one teacher in 9th grade who was young (only 27 when I had him) and cute. A lot of the girls had a crush on him. He was a great teacher as well - taught you what you needed to know, arranged assignments that were engaging, and added lots of humor to his teaching. I also liked some of my English teachers. One taught me 10th grade English and creative writing, and the other taught me 10th and 12th grade English. The creative writing teacher was probably one of the most creative teachers I have ever had, and had a gift for bringing out the best in people with his passion for the subject matter and his ability to help you improve by praising your strengths and giving you constructive criticism on your weaknesses rather than just making side comments and taking 20+ points off for your every little weakness. He was a great motivator and really wanted to see you succeed so it made you want to work hard and do your best in his classes. He said he was a sensitive person himself, so I think from his own experience he knew how to get the most out of a sensitive person (like me) without tearing up their self esteem, which I think is a mistake so many teachers make. The other introduced me to the poetry of Tennyson (my favorite poet), and was quite fascinating in his analysis of the books, poems, and other works we studied. He did like to lecture, but it was very innovative - not like a typical lecture.

Then I had some who - while they were not bad people at all - made the subject matter a lot more difficult and confusing than it was. This was especially true for me in subjects like math and history... there just weren't many opportunities to apply yourself to the subject matter, and when you don't feel personally involved in what you're doing, it makes you less likely to become interested and thus harder to learn.

I loved the classes that assigned the most research and projects the most. All the other kids hated it, but I loved being able to apply topics I was already interested in to the lessons I was being taught. I found that absolutely fascinating and, like I said earlier, it is easier to learn when you feel personally connected.

Our High school Teacheer is very care taker of us.. Especially we 5 of us in a group, we all an average students, we use to ask more doubts during the class session, she used to clarify our doubts very clearly.

Even in the holidays, she ask us to come to her home and take us the special classes, and give us some sample question papers, and ask us to solve some of the problems, if we cannot she help us to clear those problems.

During the Examinations study holidays, she call us to home, and give us more training, because of this, we have scored more than 90%-95% in mathamatics subject.
WE really miss her a lot, now a days, because after we left the school, we have no chance to met them later.
