| 2. dizzblnd (745) | 3 months ago |  You can try contacting your seller. Try to be polite when doing so. Let him know that they are fake. If he refuses to refund, you have 45 days to report it to ebay/paypal (that is, assuming you paid via paypal, if not you have no protection. You will need to file an SNAD report (significantly not as described) DO NOT let your seller string yu along until your filing deadline runs out, and DON'T close the dispute until you have a refund in your account. OH And you can leave negative feedback for your seller, but he can't leave it for you.
I can't copy and past yet, but you can file the report by clicking the drop-down box next to the item won, and click item not received.. it will lead you to the SNAD report. When it is all over, be sure to give the seller the strike against the seller that he deserves (that will be at the end of the claim)
If you didn't pay via paypal, there is not much you can do in terms of getting your money back. But leave negative feedback to warn other buyers.

4.  shopgirl (2444) | 3 months ago |  Just report the seller to Ebay. The seller knew it was fake when he sold it to you, and he also knew it was against the TOS of Ebay to do thay. Also leave negative feedback.

There are sellers who sell CDs, DVDs, jewelry, etc., and are actually third party sellers, meaning that they may sell the items, but they really never see them; they just process the order for the company and the company send the item out. I don;t agree that the seller is always to blame and I try to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Not to mention it's important that you give them negative feedback. Everytime I go to buy something off Ebay I always check their feedback first. If I see that they have a lot more negative feedback instead of positive, then I wont buy from them.
