no u cannot upload a power point clip , as youtube does not support all types of formats

Youtube does not allow PPT or PPS files (powerpoint files) to be played on their player.
However there are several software that will do the conversion to AVI or WMV for you. Just search on google for them - am not sure if there are free versions.
