2. Xdrowninghavocx (2207) | 3 months ago | Iron Man does not look appealing to me at all. I don't get it. Spiderman is someone I can relate too. Iron Man is just kind of lame. Plus, I'm tired of Hollywood's big budget blockbusters. Usually it's just mad up of fancy special FX and no real plots. Maybe, it will be different this time. I doubt it but maybe.

3. inked4life (3286) | 3 months ago | I took my kids to see it yesterday and we all thought it was great. Looks like this could be a big franchise for many more movies to come. Lots of good action, and great acting...not something you see very much of in this typr of genre.

4. roxanne271 (1195) | 3 months ago | I just went to see it today and it was better than I expected. They had a good plot to it and the suit itself looks awesome. Loved it when he broke the sound barrier and was also flying trying to avoid the jets. I did not like how it ended, which was actually just the last line of the movie. But I see it eaving possibilities for a 2nd release. I also saw the preview for Indiana Jones. It looks alright but Hellboy 2 is looking real good!

| 5. ajhienomoto (80) | 3 months ago | My friends and I had a little reunion last night, and we got to see Iron Man too!! It was utterly fantastic! I just love it to pieces! Haha. For real!! No wonder out of the 8 cinemas at this mall we went to, 5 of them were showing Iron Man. And there were really so many people falling in line to see it! Some reviews I've been reading even claim that it's one of the best superhero movies since Spiderman 2, which is quite true, though Superman was also a very nice flick. It's just that Iron Man seems to have it all. Comedy (Robert Downey Jr. is hilarious), action & suspense (I was jumping on my seat every time something blows up), romance (the boss and secretary.. classic!), even social commentary (are weapons for the preservation of peace or for the propagation of war and violence). I could go on and on about Iron Man, but I'll just end it here by saying that you should not let this film pass by. Go watch it. Oh, and if you're a big fan of the series, stay until after the end credits. They say there's an extra clip there. We didn't, but someone was nice enough to catch it on a cam and post it on youtube! Hehe. xoxo, ajhie!

lisan23 (143) | 3 months ago | Batman: The Dark Knight. That's the one I've been looking forward too as well. I loved the first Batman with Christian Bale in it, and I'm very eager to see this next one, especially with how the Joker is played by Heath Ledger. I've heard he was absolutely incredible.

8. jayperiod (695) | 3 months ago | I've never been a huge Robert Downey, Jr. fan, but he fits the character of Tony Stark so well. I didn't know what to expect, I just went to see it because the trailers look alright. Boy, was I surprised! The action was great, the story was great and the acting was great. There are still a couple of other films this summer I'm looking forward to, Indiana Jones and Narnia, but they will have to go a ways to top Iron Man.

9. scarywhitegirl (2431) | 3 months ago | Heh, I'm not surprised that Iron Man is the first blockbuster--I don't think we've gone to the theater until this past weekend to see Iron Man. There just hasn't been anything else that appealed to us enough to shell out $20+ to see it in the theater! But Iron Man was well worth the expense. If you're a fan of comics, or really just a fan of action movies, this one is great. Really funny and clever and just fun to watch!

10. lisan23 (143) | 3 months ago | Personally, I don't care for comic books or most comic book movies. I saw the X-Men ones because I grew up watching the X-Men cartoon. I didn't like ANY of the Spiderman movies. (Too cheesy.) Until recently I didn't care for the Batman movies either (but Christian Bale is an EXCELLENT Batman). I decided to go see Iron Man for Mothers Day, and it was WORTH IT! It was funny, entertaining, had good action sequences, and a reasonable plot. But I still am holding out - I think The Dark Knight will be better.
