man has heart attack and dies on the job

my husband works for this nasty boss who dont care about no one accept the work. a man came in one morning saying he felt unwell, despite this, the boss still sent him out on the road driving. the man then when unloading from his van has a heart attack and dies on the job. maybe if the boss had of asked him how he felt unwell or sent him home or to the hospital. but the boss wasnt bothered. now the poor man is dead. the boss never even bothered getting up a collection for the man. he was more concerned about who could he find to replace him. opinions please? maybe you work for a horrid boss? do you think he should have sent him home? or could it be that how was the boss to know that the man would have a heart attack later? as you cant pre-judge something like that unless the person tells you they have heart attack symptoms but would not always know. tell me what you think out there?
