A Birthday Surprise  |

 My new avatar is a part of few surprises I am preparing for my mother's birthday tomorrow.
Her favourite actress is Audrey Hepburn, and my mother named me after one of her movie characters. So, I will leave this avatar for couple of days, just to remind me of her.
I have few more surprises for tomorrow, and I hope she will like it. We are throwing her a birthday party tomorrow and I have planned to take her out these days, dinner, theatre, and I will rent her a movie with Audrey Hepburn starring. Maybe I will think of something else to surprise her.

I didn't manage to get tickets for the show I wanted, but I hope I will find something else. She doesn't know about it yet, this will be another surprise for her.

It's funny, just the other night the movie Charade with Audrey Hepburn was on...ever see that? Have you decided which movie to rent out?
No, alas I've never had a birthday surprise...And while I don't "surprise" people on their birthdays, I do always remember them and give a card and some kind of gift

I have heard about Charade, but I just can't remember it, I am not sure if I watched it or not. I wanted to rent War and Peace, but I couldn't find it, instead, I find Sound of Music, I know my mother loves that movie, and she will watch it tonight with my father. She was so happy today, it wasn't a big party, just a cake and music, but she loved it. My birthday is November 13th; my supervisor and friends from work had a surprise party for me one time...on Friday the 13th. lol They bought me the movie "Friday the 13th." They went to a video store and borrowed their articles from the movie advertisements...the bloody axe, etc. When I came back to my office, (I had french doors with curtains), the doors were shut. When I opened them, all the goodies came flying out on strings...the axe, the mask, etc. They had gotten a cake made with a red-haired witch on it (my hair's red). They really did everything up and it was a lot of fun.
It's just nice to know that people care enough to try to make you happy! (Oh, by the way, I was born on a Saturday, not on Friday; they wouldn't believe me, of course)! lol
