bread prices on the rise in africa again!  | |  i wonder when this madness will stop, the soaring prices of flour and sugar in africa is badly affecting the prices of bread all over africa, this has always happen every year, will africa continue to import sugar,wheat and flour all the time? cant we just produce flour and sugar here and make the prices of bread to become stable
