HoW dO YoU Feel LateLy?

A bit down,too but it's hard to stay sad in summer time. Half an hour in the sun and you start feeling better. Of course,it's hardly possible to smile without a loved one by your side but try to take in small pleasures of life.:)))

lately for me I feel like i'm on overload and just can't seem to think clearly at all about anything and i feel so tired and just blah! i also lonely. I haven't huge out with any of my friends in a few weeks and I just really need to get out but its hard because i don't have a car and they are always busy with work.

It's funny because I'm generally a very happy and outgoing person but this week has been rainy and is making me ache and hurt all over. This puts me in a very bad mood. I'm feeling tired and crabby. I'm hoping it will be sunny tomorrow so that I can get up and get out a little bit. I need to regenerate a bit.

I feel so sorry that you feel sad. I forget ..isn't it your hubby that was deployed to Iraq? It seems I remember this but I could be wrong. Anyway I am tired, but not down.. I guess I block stuff out so I don't feel down most of the time.

I have felt really well just lately, the weather has been wonderful, sunny, warm and springlike and that has boosted my spirits a lot. I sometimes get like you, well in fact I get a lot like you do, usually for me it is when I try out new ideas that I want to do and they always seem to fail, that is what makes me frustrated!! I hope you feel happier soon.

Overall, I have been feeling pretty good and positive about life - I am sorry you are having a rough time - I hope everything gets better really soon!

I hope you get feeling better very soon dear! I know I've been nothing about stressed, between jobs, going back to school the baby housework. sometimes it all piles up and it gets verry overwhelming...

I hate life. I hate that I am always in SO much pain, I hate that no one notices or even cares. I left the house until I couldn't take it no more, no one cares what it looks like around herem or even if there are no dishes to eat off of or glasses to drink out of.
I have hated life for SO long. I so wish I could just not wake up when I fall asleep, but I still do.
This feeling never passes. I have had it for years and years. Meds, I can't take them. I can't get any down time.

Don’t you think it is normal? I feel the same as you are. I am not motivated at work. Every time I reason out with myself that I need to be enjoying this because I have chosen this, I had offers but I stayed.

I mean… we really cannot force our minds to have a different thinking anyway, right? These feelings or emotions just come to us. We can only hope that we find better reason to not feel de-motivated.
