guy trains goldfish . . .

Hi! I ahvent seen it but I ahve seen other similar news that a guy trains his fish to do somehting. I guess IUm baffled by the idea too. I can ubderstand how you can trian a four legged animal or even birds and otehr animals that live on land since all of the people in the wordl live n land too but fish?? I knew that there is some kind of communication with them but for them actually understanding the commands given to tehm by their pet owners through sound waves or sonar or something like that while underwater really is amazing. I would have thought that the owner will train the fish while he is speaking to it while under water but maybe he just talks to it in a way through the vibrations under water jsut like how dolphins understand and communcicate with us humans. No I never saw anything like that; news report or video. But that is really cool that a guy trained goldfish! I didn't know you could do that either lol.

I did see that on the news last night. I never would have believed that fish could be trained to do any thing. it is amazing what they can do. I guess that fish are smarter than we thought. Here are a couple of you tube sites that show fish that are trained.

Fish can be trained but I think that these fish were not trained but may have had some metal pellets in them (maybe they ate them) and magnets were under the "tank" so that the fish were not in control ed of their accord but rather under the control of magnets;under the tank.
