That is really true. Anything done in excess will result in something bad. And it usually affects us. I also tried games on my PC when it was new and just like you, I go to bed late at night and it affected my health. It's good that we realize, it will do us no good. So let's just spend time here and earn.

ya computer gaming can be very addictive.. it is designed to be that way..
even i used to play a lot when i first got a computer, but not very much now a days..
i gradually got fed up of it and finally sort of quit.. i wont say quit because i still do play, but i make sure that i dont wastemuch time over it,because there s nothing that you gain from it..

I've done this many times even forgetting to eat as I try to complete a game. The best thing to do is force yourself to quit playing, it isn't easy but you feel better. I get headaches if I play too long so usually quit then.

Moderation is essential.

My girlfriend and I had some problems with this issue. I usually play long hours in games like DOTA and some MMORPG. Eventually I realized that the more I play, the less the satisfaction I receive. My girlfiend doesn't like the games I play. She prefers short games or "game over" games.

I decided to stop playing lengthy games and play some computer games with my girlfriend. You know what? I find it more entertaining to play games such as Chicken Invaders, Bubble Bobble, etc., with my her rather than playing high resolution games against other competitive gamers.

It's not bad to play games, but do not compromise those people and things you truly love. In the end, the game will end, but you still have them.

I play online games a lot and I know Im addicted... but cant stop it.

However Im happily married... and my wife is not playing games at all.
We have some argues about my online time spending, but she understands that I need it. That attitude helps me to realize how she loves me and I try to limit my time with computers.

Yes moderation please may i reccomend FPS games there easy to do in moderation just dont play them competitively else it will be worse then MMO's....ya DOTA and mmo's stay away from those unless u can control yourself xD

yes its true that online games can be addicting but you can still stop playing if you want to... before i was addicted at the game ragnarok online... but now i stopped playing already....
