Flowers for the prom...I can do this!

I just discovered that our HS
Junior prom has no flowers for the center
of each table and has run short of funds.
I decided I will go to all the local flower shops
and garden centers and beg for freebees
and my neighbor and I will put arrangements
together then collect them and take them
to the nursing homes, hospitals, etc..
Do you 'kill 2 birds with one stone' ?

You are such a good person, Raydene. What a nice thing to do for the kids. And then to turn around and use them again to make more people happy is awesome. What a great idea.

Seriously though Raydene I think that is lovely what you and your neighbour are doing and hope you receive the amounts of flowers that you need to complete this project and that the residents of these homes will enjoy and appreciate the arrangements afterwards.

You are so ingenious, wow what a wonderful idea, I think it is great, I can't think of an instance off hand, but that is such a wonderful idea.

That is quite a task to take on. Thank you for being a person who cares for others. Kindness is running short now days and every little bit helps.
I think the nursing homes would love the brightening up a lot.

What a wonderful idea - I know you can do a great job of this! I especially like the idea of redistributing the flowers to places where they will bring a lot of joy - I am not surprised you came up with this idea! I do kill 2 birds with one stone but better not talk about that here! lol xxx

That is wonderful...To give the gift of flowers is to give the gift of a smile...I know it will make the prom more beautiful and sweet...Flowers add beauty to all life...I think your doing a wonderful thing for the prom,nursing home,hospitals,ect....Give your self a hug...I would give you a hug if i could reach through the screen...((((HUGS))))
