1. Kecia08 (449) | 4 months ago | The most beautiful place I have been to is Venice, Italy. The alleys and the gondolas are so peaceful. There are hundreds of bridges that would beautiful when the sun is setting behind them. I cannot wait to go back with my husband. The time I went was with a college class, and we only visited the city for 3 days!

4. wayz12 (607) | 4 months ago | My husband and I had our honeymoon at Kauai, Hawaii. I think it was the prettiest place I've ever visited. It was so lush and green. The coastline was lovely, and we took a helicopter ride to view the island. We also took a boat ride circling the island, and we have dolphins swimming alongside. The sand was white, the water was clear, and everything just look fresh and green. I would love to visit that place again.

Pitgull (750) | 4 months ago | I think it would be wonderful to climb the ruins, I just can't imagine enjoying my time in Mexico. I live in San Antonio, I know outside of the resorts and all, the rest of Mexico, and most people who vacation there realize... during a point in your vacation someone will be begging you for money, or send their kids to ask you to buy something, I'm just not a big fan.... I'm sorry to sound so negative, I'm thrilled you and your husband enjoyed it and I couldn't possibly nor would I attempt to take that from you.... I just see the problems between Mexico and America, and here along the border, so my views are much more political than travel oriented when dealing with Mexico...:\ I guess I suck..

marilynut (897) | 4 months ago | Well in Cancun we didn't have a problem with people begging for money. I lived in San Diego for many years and used to go to Tijuana ... now there is where the kids beg for money but the children usually have something to exchange like gum or paper flowers. It is sad.

Pitgull (750) | 4 months ago | I guess my problem lies in the idea that people are moved, and saddened by poverty, and donate to help people when they are in other countries, but when we're here at home, we know there are thousands in our own country, who could use our help, those same people.... My mom went to Cancun and had an awesome time, I wanted to go until I moved closer to Mexico. From what I hear about the border towns, shows me exactly the sort of people I want to avoid in my life.... I just don't think it's beneficial to fund an economy like that of Mexico...

Pitgull (750) | 4 months ago | I love Canada, I would probably live there... The people are very educated on world affairs, they seem to know more about American Politics, than American's... I've just always had wonderful conversation, and met some very friendly people...they will include you in everything if you're around, when you're with them, it's like you're with people who are just living like you are.... Besides, my mom lives near Niagara Falls, so I grew up knowing the border was 40 minutes away....Clifton Hill....drinking age is 19..:)

9. frankiecesca (650) | 4 months ago | This is a difficult one as there are a few places that I think are beautiful for different reasons! My first is Thailand because it is full of people awho are so friendly and welcoming to their country and also beautiful beaches. The second is Antigua because it also has beautiful beaches and is simply gorgeous with such a laid back attitude and very relaxing. My third is Rome because is has so much history and beautiful buildings and the food is so yummy! x

Pitgull (750) | 4 months ago | I've never had Roman cuisine... What kinds of dishes do they prepare? I've always wanted to go to Rome, Antigua I'm told is beautiful as well.... Hmm, I think I know a lot more about different places across the world, than I thought, I have yet to hear of a place I don't know, and yet there is no way you'd confuse me with an atlas..

|
|
everafter (136) | 4 months ago | You might want to check my blog about the place + picture: htpp://jadeguti.blogspot.com/2008/04/what-i-love-about-anawangin.html Its a hidden cove here in the Philippines, with white beach, no electricity, no resorts, only you, the sky, sea and the pine trees. Where on earth can you see PINE TREES near the BEACH? here only in Anawangin.:D Its so pristine, beautiful, virgin cove.
