i have been washing bedspreads today!  

That would be, two weeks ago...

I wash my bed sheets usually every week. And I can do the blankets at home. But for my comforters I have to use commercial washers. They are too bulky for my home machine. So those get done once or twice a year.

About a week ago as I wanted everything fresh when I got company. Including my bed! LOL...I hit a nice day and got to actually hang some things out on the line! Man nothing is better then sleeping on fresh sheets!

I am washing ours now, the dryer is going in the background.. I use Downey and Febreze, I love the smell of them.. We will also get to sleep on clean sheets tonight.. But as an added bonus, since our dog sleeps with us, I also gave her a bath today, she is hiding from me at the moment but as soon as I catch up on some of my emails, I will find her and brush her real good.. We will all sleep better tonight..

In the winter I tned to do every other week but now the weather is warmer I wash once a week on a Monday, so yesterday. It is lovely getting into lovely clean bedding. I always look forward to Monday nights getting home from work and being able to go up to a nicely freshly made clean bed. Ellie :D

Nothing beats the feeling of sleeping on freshly-washed sheets.

I wash my sheets everyweek, including pillowcases. I wash my mattress pad every two weeks. As for my duvet cover, I usually wash it sometimes every three weeks or sometimes once a month.

I hate washing my bedding well its not the washing it I hate it is the having to put it all back on again! My bedspread almsot dosen't fit in my washer and it takes several times in they dryer to get them dry!

I do this once a week or once every two weeks depending on what else needs to be done. I love clean sheets, so crisp....Lori

Funny you should mention this. I actually put mine in to wash today. I have alot of chores to do before the week ends and have only gotten around to doing just a few of them.
I kinda procrastinate on doing my chores but I just suddenly decide, okay I know I got to get it done today so I get up and just get it out of the way.

I last washed them last week I normally do them every weekend as I love climbing into a freshly washed bed, id have clean linen every night except with two kids I have enough washing to do lol.

I am actually quite excited about doing it this week now our youngest is in a bed there will be no more breaking my back trying to make the cot, it didnt have sides that went down and im not the tallest person around its a wonder I never fell in haha!
