after the millennium? the ressurection for judgment?

At the end of the Millennium, God will resurrect th dead for what is called the Great White Throne Judgement.

Billions of human beings, who lived and died without ever hearing the true Gospel of Jeus Christ--most of whom never eveb heard the name "Jesus Christ"-will have their first opportunity for salvation. You can read more about that judgement in Isaiah 65:17-25.

At the end of the White Throne Judgment, all the incorrigibly wicked will be thrown into the Lake of Fire.

"Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And anyone not found written in the book of Life was cast into the lake of fire" Revelation 20:14-15

Then, God's plan of salvation will move into another pahse.

NOTICE: "Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying: "Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God.

And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away" Revelation 21:2-4

YES, the Earth will be renewed, and the New Jerusalem will come to earth form heaven!
