dog get upset...

He hates for us to leave him. That is the only time he really gets upset. I wish I could keep my dog happy all the time unfortunately I can not make my doctor happy all the time.

That is so hilarious. I have never heard of a dog being so emotional before. That is like a child. I don't have a dog now, but when I did, if he was hurt I would pick him up and he would wrap his back legs around my waist and front paws around my neck just like a little kid. It was so cute. I miss him so much.

Our dog is like that and if I try to brush him he gives me a filthy look and goes in the corner and will not come to me.

after they are living being with feelings .. they too get upset ... and it most happens when a new child comes in family and every body taking care of child more now and giving less time to dog .. so sometime dogs gets angry and do some dangerous act like biting etc .. we have to take care of this .. not giving lot time so that if time attention reduces they doesnt get affected

I had a dog his name was Fluke he was a sable pom pom he had seperation anxiety when I had to leave for work he would either set by the door and not move until I came home or trash the house while I was going. Yes I treated him like a child also so that might be what causes this sort of behavior. I loved him, still do very much, anyway I got so I was calling him from work evrey couple hours and talking to him on the answer machine and this seemed to have helpped him deal better with my absents.

aww, what a sweet dog that you-all have. lol what kind of a dog do you-all have? thanks. and yes, my dog Doughnut is so spoiled. if she was any bigger of a dog at all, she would be an outside dog instead of an inside dog. lol but we all love her and take care of her as well. she even gets bubble baths in the bathtub. lol the boys love helping me give her baths. but if Doughnut gets upset about something then, she gets over it. lol usually it is the other way around with Doughnut as well, she will go pout for awhile and then get over it, like when she gets a bath, she gets mad. lol but when one of us comes back home or something like that after she has been mad about something, she is over it by then and greets us like normal.

We have had our dog for about ten years now and we treat him like one of the family also. He is like a child to us too. He will cry when we leave the house and he will bark at us when we come home like he is mad or something. It is almost like he is trying to talk to us. He gets so upset if we go outside without taking him with us. He goes wherever we go most of the time if it is possible.

the pet dog is like a child and he too trows up tantrums when not cared for...it is quite natural for the dog to do so...afterall they too crave for love

I do not have a dog, we can not have them in my building. But this is a very cute story. Sounds like you have a spoiled canine on your hands, LOL.

Yes, and they pout as well. Sometimes its like having a small child all over again. We don't mind though cause they are a part of our family and I feel as though it is one of the ways that they communicate with us.
