I think my stomach would be grumbling a lot, and yelling to get to the nearest McDonalds restaurant I could find, then I would sit down and make my poor stomach very happy and grateful... lol

My stomach would feel empty and angry. I get a lot of stomach cramps if I don't have sugar. Even though I think that's just a personal thing. I think anybody in that position would be more inclined to eat something they wouldn't normally consume. Insert humor here. That's a rough thing to go through for the human body. It sucks feeling hungry. There are people in the world that have to go through that every day.
