i am trying to enjoy myself now in public functions, not minding people who used to irritate me. but to answer your question and for the purpose of discussions, i hate those people who look you up and down when you go in a place. then they would whisper at each other, not even waiting to get to the restroom to have thei gossip. i think that is bad manners.
i don't really care if they are braggarts, i can accept that, i don't like gossip.
