| | | | | | | | 1.  sunnflr (329) | 3 months ago |  I always had my son help pic up his toys, from the time he was old enough to understand and help, probably around 2. Because I started early, his room is usually neat now that he's 16, and I don't have problems with him leaving a mess everywhere.
When he got older he started doing dishes and taking the trash out. This was around age 7. Now, he does all of that and cleans his own bathroom and does his own laundry some of the time.
He is a good kid!

If you are tidy, loving,forgiving and listen and guide with a kind hand, then more than like the child will also.
