Kamran, that is THE best compliment! You have made me very happy! - That you suspected it was Nova, although I do appreciate you liking my writing too! LOL

Spark, you both have your own ways with words, and I am not skilled enough to aptly describe how do I differentiate one from the other.

As for being positive about this being for nova from your second paragraph...well, to be honest, following line was enough for me:

"the woman of my dreams, my projected self as I imagine myself to be, my soul mate, my.....well you get the picture."

And I got the picture! Though I still considered a little possibility that I could be wrong. First part of this line has been said about nova by you somewhere, I don't know where though, maybe in my dream, LOL!

Nova has referred to me several times, and I to her, as the two of us being the same side of the same coin - we could have been twins in that are so much alike, and our lives have paralled each other and yet we didn't meet until we found this site. It's quite a connection we have, so those lines were actually me writing about me, and suddenly realizing it wasn't the me,me, but the nova me, if you know what I mean. LOL You are very astute Kamran!

Even though I haven't known you two for more than few months, I can still draw many parallels, as well as differences, between the two of you . You two are similar in many ways yet unique in your own ways like two different designs of clothes made from same fabric.

Astute? well, my friend, everyone is, though at different levels, whether or not we care to admit. Sometimes, it puts me in trouble too, as someone again accused me today of being a bad moderator who banned someone. Their main reason for falsely thinking of me as a moderator is that I was able to recognize their different identities here, which they might have thought that only moderators can do.

What they don't realize is that they may change their identity but they always leave their signatures and anyone and everyone can recognize by paying attention. Their paranoia and fear leads them to speculations, gossip and false conclusions based on unfounded assumptions. Sorry for making it serious but this 'astute' thing is one reason that is making me fed up of some peoples' lack of intelligence and disoriented cognitive functions.

I know exactly what you mean Kamran, and yes it can be disheartening. So I usually keep that kind of knowledge to myself and just watch and see how it plays out, and only step in if someone is getting hurt. We can't change people, and the element of surprise is often our best defence when dealing with those who think they are getting away with something. Sometimes meeting them head on is the shorter route, but it's always a judgement call isn't it?

You just keep being you, and don't let little minds become nasty voices in your head! LOL I've enough of those to go around, I assure you! ROFL Hugs.

I am sorry spark, I was a bit angry as some phony shameless character, who claims to be an angel (not our angel) and who is confused about his/her gender and country of residence, came into my thread to blame and insult not only me but my countrymen in a racist tone. It took a lot of restraint to not give back this genderless character what 'it' deserved!

This "it" sounds like a real piece of work. I'm sorry I wasn't 'there' to back you up. I have to do something about this notification problem.....

Oh, spark, thank you for concern, but it wasn't to ask for backup. I can handle them and would prefer much if my friends stay out of the cross fire, because then those nasty people can go after my friends too and that's the last thing I would like. Forget about it, I was just angry for a little while and its over now. I was sorry to mention it in this great discussion.

Oh Kamran you never need to apologize to me. We are so often on the 'same page' in our thinking, and I just want you to know that I'm always here for you.

Kamran, Spark is the one with the gift for writing. I can knock out a few poems now and then, but she is the true thoroughbred when it comes to writing, as is evidenced by the posts she makes here. I'm always captivated by whatever she writes - I so very much admire her, her skills, her compassion, her heart, and all the love she offers.

That you thought of me when reading her words simply makes me feel like I'm on a roller coaster and the car is just plunging down the hill. I feel it all the way to my stomach. Wow, thank you so much, I couldn't be more flattered. I've had a bit of a crush on you forever, so to imagine that you might see me in this way just touches me to my core. Saying a mere 'thank you' doesn't feel sufficient to explain my feelings, but I guess it will have to do. Thank you.

Nova, you and spark are both talented in writing, even though you have different specialties. And yes, spark writes beautifully. I have learned a few things from her just in writing but I have much more to learn and hope that if she continues to write, I'll continue to have the chance.

I think of you as a beautiful, honest and loving person, nova. I have an idea about how spark speaks about different people and what way/language she adopts to describe them. Not to say that I am expert in sparkology, LOL! not at all. So, it was a mixture of your image in my mind (as I always see everyone as in live images behind avatars) as well as how spark was handling the description. And, you are most welcome my friend!:-)

sparkology is study of human behaviors where genius meet silliness for humor, sanity touches insanity for charm, and where the numbers circle completes itself like 'O'. It is sub branch of a field called kamranology, there are other branches too. Interesting thing is, it has only one professor, one student and one examiner, and more interesting is the fact that all three are but one person.

I don't mean to be a copy cat, but - Sparkology! Wow, nice one, Kamran! Spark, he's giving us a run for our money in the writing department today, darlin. Kamran is kicking some serious writing butt!!

Oh, and you two have a date, do you? Well, I MUST say, I'm officially jealous. I admit it - you may mark this day on your respective calendars. And yes, do please send me a picture, and I will take it and get it photoshopped to include myself in that picture too, missy. Oh Spark, you're at the brink of the most wonderful adventures and I'm so excited for you. I'm so tickled that you remember! You blew me away with your response, it was wonderful. And so funny! I was very new here then. Seems like so long ago, but it was only a few months ago. Time is so funny, so relative. I don't have a clock here in the room where my computer is and I don't wear a watch, so I feel like I'm in sort of a time warp where there really is no time, but that probably doesn't make a lot of sense. I'll bet you know what I mean, though.

No way I can do that, Spark, no freaking way. How in the world could I live up to THAT? But I'm still gonna end up posting my picture for y'all, if just to give you the truth of it all - just the plain ol' me, middle-aged, short, too well rounded and not near that special. But what you'll see for sure, no matter what picture I might post, is the love I have for all of you -you'll see it in my eyes and in my smile, that I know. And that's what I want you to see, more than anything, 'cause it's there, in spades.

Honestly, Spark, I feel like I've just been bathed in a golden, magical light or something, with the words you've put here about me. And you know me, so you know that what I'm feeling here is something palpable, physical, real. Wow. What I did to deserve this, I'll never know.

I am a twin. There were lots of times I'm sure she wished I was 'missing'. *shrugs*. All water under the bridge now though.

Don't remember if I told you what my mom said to the nurse the first time they brought me in to her. If not, enjoy. If so, here it is again. lol My poor mother carried me 11 months and 2 weeks. She had toximia poisoning and contracted diabetes while pregnant with me, so in 1961 they would not induce her labor. (I weighed 10lbs. 4ozs. and was born on Labor Day after 33 hours of hard labor. She always said that was appropriate! lol) My complection was dark and my black hair was shoulder length. The nurses though they would be....Cool? and put all my hair in little pigtail things. When they took me to my mom, she started crying and said, "That's not my baby! I want my baby! Bring me my baby! That is an Eskimo baby!" lol Thanks Mom. Have a blessed day, Spark!!

My mother carried my sister that long too - and when she saw her for the first time, claimed she was a monkey and wouldn't take her! LOL
