That is great news for you. I know why you must feel happy and I hope it will bring you a lot of work and plenty of money for your writing.

I enjoy writing and I earn money from my reviews, articles and website content. I may go freelance one day but for now I feel happy with my paid writing activities.

I like writing for a pastime, but I wouldn't say I'm any kind of expert. I'm more of a songwriter.

Way to go! I write a lot - every day actually. I write for a local newspaper as well as for pleasure. I've had a few novella's published as well and am working on a few novels.

That's awesome. Congrats. I'm trying to become a freelance writer too. Writing is a great way to pass the time. But, mostly I enjoy it because I like creating stories with interesting characters that are nothing like me. It's a great way to escape your every day lifestyle. Writing is relaxing.

I wrote for them 2 years ago and left because of payment problems. Please be careful when writing for them because alot of us writers did not get paid by them and so we left. I wonder if Victoria is still there because she was pretty much the only one who was fair and just. Another thing is that when people request you to write their research papers and if you do a good job with it and they ask you to write another one for them, the staff at academia-research will usually give the assignment to some other writer. It has happened to me many a times. I wish you the very best in your writing there and I hope you do not encounter the same problems that I and so many writers had while we were there. Hopefully things have changed for the better there since I was last there. There is a forum for writers of academia-research but I do not remember the site's url. If you can find it then you can go through other writers comments on their experiences there. Good luck.

Judging from the way you write .... you need lots more practice. Sorry to say that, but a good writer needs more depth and substance. And what do you mean by saying,"Are there any writers here or EVEN PEOPLE who enjoy writing as a past time"
You mean to say besides PEOPLE, there are other species who can write? Like animals? Or plants? Come on girl! Be smart and THINK first before you write!

Academia research.com is a scam definitely.It is true that selection of freelance writers should be on the basis of the capability of the writer. But without verifying the ability of a writer applying for freelancer's job they unilaterally deciding not to invite writers for the job.Is it not a scam
