i suggest you try using anti-acne facial wash, don't use cream, avoid holding or touching your face. keep your face clean and avoid foods that can trigger break-outs

Pay a dermatologist a visit. They have some good treatments available. Also examine the changes in your eating habits that you might have unconciously made. With acne you should avoid fatty food products. Also acidic stuff is not good for your skin. You should curb anything lemony and citrussy. This includes tomatos. Also avoid things like soda and fast food for a while. Buy ph neutral soap (ph 0). And if possible, soak up 15 minutes of sun each day for the vitamin D.

I can give you some homemade pimple cure remedies but you must drink atleast 2 glasses of fresh papaya juice or prune juice a day with this treatment. This will speed up the healing process.

Yoghurt cleanser

Mix 1/2 tablespoon yoghurt with 1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar. Then apply this onto your face massaging in upward circular motions for 2-3 minutes. Rinse face and add the oatmeal pack.

Oatmeal pack

Add enough warm milk to 2 tablespoons of oatmeal so that it is of a smooth thick consistency. Add a few drops of lime/lemon juice to the mixture. Then apply it evenly on your face and leave till fully dry. Rinse off with warm water.

You will see results within 3-4 days but do include the daily intake of the 2 glasses of fruit juice.

First off, stay away from those over-the-counter, very strong acne products. They actually cause your skin to increase oil production because they dry it out. Go to a middle-of-the-line make-up store (department store, Merle Norman, Mary Kay rep etc.). Find a cleansing, toning, and moisturizing combination that is designed for problem skin. You can also ask if they any special masks for acne-prone skin. Use the stuff faithfully for a few weeks, and you will most likely notice a huge improvement. You might also want to purchase a facial steamer. It will help open your pores. Steamers are available at your local drug store. If things keep getting worse, you might consider seeing a dermatologist. Cystic acne can be very painful and leave scars, so seek treatment if home remedies aren't working.

hi friend i m in india here we get a soap called Chandrika which is for pimples, i used an ointment called Retino A when i was in college and had a terrible time with pimples, use Johnson and Johnson face wash clean and clear when at workplace, try drinking SAFI it does wonders it tastes terrible thogh i coudnt have it, now i get very rarely so i have shifted to Garnier Pure just wash ur face dry and put it on the pimple it subsides...
there is also a homeopathy treatment for this and best wud b drink loads of water and keep ur skin dry...no moisturiser....i hope something works for u....all the best

Hi there! I suggest u use JaoLi Cream... my friend who is a GUinean Tried it and suprised for the great result she gets... She said she spent almost thousand for all the creams and facial wash just to get rid of her unwanted pimples and dark spots but for just hundred she got the result she's looking for a looooooooooooong time!

Stay away from things with benzoyl peroxide, as this will make your skin produce more oil. What's helped most with me so far is using a toner or peel with glycolic acid. 5% for a toner and 30%-50% for the peel, which you use about twice a month. It helps with the current pimples and with scarring. The dermotologist can also prescribe cleansers that help. Laser treatments can definately help reduce the scarring and acne, but my experience is that these are fairly short lived (the acne reduction, not the scar reduction.) Good luck - acne's definatley not fun.... From what I've read, Accutane is really the only thing that can permanently rid you from acne but it's really hard on your body.
