Do you like jalepeno peppers on your pizza?

My kid hates tomatoes. But, I keep trying to convince her that it's healthy. Cooked tomatoes help men with prostate issues. And, cooked tomatoes in tomato sauce contain folic acid, so it's a good back up source for women who might one day have kids. Thanks for commiserating with me about my favorite subject.

I don't really like the jalepeno peppers from Pizza Hut, they're such tiny slices. So I might buy my own peppers from the store. That way I can get a mix of peppers. I just wish I knew the names of some good pepper varieties. I'll bet I could order them online.

I'll bet the pepperincini peppers (like they have in the salad at Olive Garden) would be great on pizza. Not too hot, but lots of flavor. My kids would freak though, so I will have to try that when they are not home.

You know what! I think that was the name of the pepper. I could be wrong. But it sounds right. I've had those before and I remember thinking how much the name sounded like pepperoni. Hmm! That takes me back a ways. I used to get those on my pizza before my baby was born. Thanks for dropping by. Now I just have to figure out where to buy those. Maybe the store will have. them.
