Where can I find really good salt free or low sodium recipes to cook for a guy?

My spouse can't have lots of salt anymore. He's on a salt restricted diet for his health's sake and trying to lose weight. So, I can't cook any of the traditional beef based foods we used to eat. Back in the old days, he loved sloppy joes and tacos and all the foods that are on the no-no list for diets.

Now, I'm trying to cook healthier by reducing salt and fat. But, I can't find any salt free or low salt recipes. Does anyone know where I can get low sodium recipes that a guy might actually like? He's a regular guy and doesn't like fancy french style cuisine. Online links to recipes? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
