Who or what wakes you up in the morning?...

Usually my husband wakes up earlier than me. And his behavior will wake me up sometimes. Besides, my cellphone will also wake me up twice. I set it ring in two different time and make sure I have to wake up at last.

My alarm clock has to wake me up in the morning. I am really a night person, so I tend to stay up really late at night and then sleep really late in the morning. That means if I have to wake up early, then I am in trouble! lol I can easily sleep through classes or work on accident if I don't have my alarm set. When I am with my husband (we don't get to be together much because of his career and my college), then he always wakes up much earlier than me, so sometimes I will hear him and wake up also.

I depended a lot on my alarm clock before but now, like you, I have a better choice. My baby son will wake me up every morning. So, I haven't had a single chance to be late for work

How nice to be woken by a kiss! I used to set my alarm when I had to go out to work every day. I nearly always used to wake up before the alarm went off.

Now I work at home I can get up any time I want, but I wake up at dawn. Usually the first light of day wakes me up and makes me want to get up. That means I am up much earlier in the summer than in winter, when it does not get light until about 8 a.m. In summer I can be working at my computer at 6 a.m.

I usually wake on my own. I tend to sleep late if nothing wakes me. I remember those days when my daughter was younger and I would open one eye and see two staring at me....lol. I find I can sleep anywhere, at any time. I think it comes from working swing shift and late shift for so many years. My daughter is now twelve and gets mad because I can sleep in and she can't. She wakes by 8:00 every morning no matter what time she goes to bed.

I'm not very good with waking up in the morning without having someone or something wake me up at least at the time that I need to wake up at least. Usually I need an alarm or someone calling me. When I'm at school I either use the alarm clock or the alarm on my cellphone. Other times I just have someone wake me up or wake up on my own when I've had enough sleep.

Sometimes I stay up late working on the computer or watching an old movie, lol, and do not wake up in the morning. Then it is the sunlight that wakes me in the afternoon. Usually if there is something I have to (or want to) do the next day, I pop awake with the thought in my head that it is time to get started. Not long ago we had to wake up early (7 a.m. used to be late but it is early to us now that we are retired) and we had both fogotten how to set our alarm clocks. No problem, as my new cell phone has a wake-up call feature. Too kewl.

It's my internal body alarm that will wake me up every morning, no matter how early or late, i will just repeat to myself wat time i have to wake up, till i doze off.. and b4 i know it, it's time for me to wake up.. LOL

my daughter makes me stand up everytime she wakes up and most of the time, at 5am!! shes a special child thats why i cant afford not to follow her immediately coz she would turn on the tv that early and place it to maximum volume hehehe

My wife happens to be my very reliable alarm clock. She is a school teacher, so has to wake up for school around 5.45am each weekday. After she washes up, she will wake me on the dot of 6am. Then I will join her at the breakfast table, have breakfast and see her off to work. She will always tap me on my leg to wake me, and when that fails, she will tickle my tummy. Let me tell you, that is very effective...LOL. So my waking up each morning is like clockwork.
