| |  I have an Altec Lansing AVS300. Quality is really good and the base is solid. One thing I liked about it is it's durability. The quality of both bass/treble are almost the same when I bought it. It's been 3 years since I got it. I had a creative before but may be it was an isolated case. 8 months from acquiring it, it got busted. I don't play that loud but the subwoofer somehow got a dent.
