At last I nerved myself and tried to cope with them the same way they treated me and it worked. I think to different people there should be different ways! | |

If I do encounter one, I try my best to tolerate it as much as possible and let that person realize what he/she is doing and ask for a reason why. I always go for the subtle approach but when respect is no longer there and if it's already personal. I deal with it with maximum defense.
