I am looking for a framework / process / tools to idenfity detailed value drivers for each department in my organization, so that proper KPIs (key performance indicators) can be developed for performance management purpose. I find the 7 categories of value drivers highlighted by Koller, T. et al in "Valuation" useful, but too high level and broad.
