 We found a house in our price range. We are not buying, because of health issues, we are renting, but it is so worth it. lol Large yard (side, front and side) big enough for a swing set and a pool for our grandkids in about 2 years and our dog will love the yard too.
2 bdrm, 1 bath, living room, dining room, kitchen and washer/dryer hookups! Central Air and Heat instead of window units (lower bill!). I am so excited. I think my sister was more excited than I was when I told her. lol Hubby is looking forward to moving also.
Very nice landlord too. I mean we just talked about looking and the next day we were looking at a house down the street. So the landlord told us to give half the deposit and the rent this month. Then he spread the rest of the deposit out to August! Paying a little at a time. lol Now tell me that this wasn't meant to be. lol We do need to buy a refriderator and that is one of the reasons he is being so nice.
So I may not be on for a while, with all I have to do with the new house and all. I will take breaks with unpacking though. I need to find out how long I will be without cable/internet. Hopefully we can get hooked up ASAP and that would be GREAT!
Well, just wanted to let my friends on her know that I will be busy for a bit, so if you don't hear from me that's why.

2.  cher913 (13770) | 2 years ago |  that sounds fab! this is something that we need to have a look at as the house that we currently live in has a ton of stairs (and everyone knows that arthritis in the knees and stairs do not mix well!) so we are looking into something like this (soon i hope!)
