Hi,
I'm not sure how to start a website and how to host it.

You can go to GoDaddy.com and they have a hosting plan. Maybe you can try to find other better hosting services online too.

Personally, I use Blogger.com and I create blogs. I plan to convert my blog into website soon. happy

To build your own site,
first you must purchase a hosting package,
which is hosting space with bandwidth and other thing.
After this, buy a domain and use subdomain (not recommend).
Connect your domain to hosting,
then start upload page to hosting.
