|  OK you all know that I just bought a house, well yesterday we had to go by there because it needed to be inspected. well it went great we have no termites which is awesome, and we have very little maintenance/cosmetic work. the interior doors are missing (i know strange right) so we'll need to look around for the best prices. also I have just a few pictures of the house in "my photos" on my page so be sure to check them out and comment if you'd like. the boys can't wait they already picked out there room lol. now that the inspection went through and we are satisfied the Realtor is done with her paperwork now we just have to wait for the back to finish there's and we still should be able to move in my the end of June. oh by the way i'm registered at target. lol j/k thanks in advance for responses.

| |  How exciting! It sounds like you've gotten all the stressful stuff out of the way, just a lot of papers to sign with the bank and closing. Very strange about the doors all missing, maybe the previous owners had kids and they made the threat "keep slamming those doors and Ill take them off the hinges!" and then had to follow through?
It looks like a cute house , I'm sure you guys will have fun making it your own.

| | oh thanks I'll keep that in mind, someone said that maybe they had kids and they threatened the old "if you slam the doors one more time i will take them off the henge's" and then acted on it lol, but they were no where in site, the inspector said he seen worse, where the bathrooms would be completely gutted and the wiring was torn through the walls leaving a trail. | | | |

I'm not surprised as I to deal with home inspectors on a moderate basis.
As to what was done I can only think of the following, please enjoy.
"Family we are moving out of the house. I didn't get paid the amount I really wanted, so to 1 up those young people lets turn the house to ****! Little brother you start by grabbing a hammer and smashing up the toliets. Big brother, go find a crane and rip out the wiring. Honey call the demolition expert and get them to blow up the master bedroom. Kids, here are some crayolas. Have fun!"

| | that's hilarious and don't doubt that it went something like that, people get real angry when they loose there house. but at least mine wasn't so bad, when we were looking at houses I seen some bad ones, maybe not as bad as gutting the bathrooms but still pretty bad. thanks for your humorous response. | | | |
