Is It your habit to wash your hands after using toilet and before after eating?

Yes, of course. It's unhealthy not to, lol. Just think about how many bacteria you pick up just by using the toilet (wiping and flushing). Not to use soap and water afterwards is disgusting!

As to mealtime. Think about how many things you touched that day. They all can have bad stuff on them. If you don't wash your hands before a meal, even with proper table manners (knife/fork etc) it still can't up in your food and in your mouth. And you never know how much food may end up on your fingers after a meal. Again, just proper to go and wash hands. And brush your teeth while you are at it;)

Well, its my habit too, i even wash hands before and after eaing ad well. and sure after using wash room

ya, ofcourse i always my hand after using toilet and before eating
and before making food i always wash my hands this is common sense that we should do this and should teach our children also

but my mother in law does not do this that's whs she seems me irritate and i do not like her she never keep all things clean you can see dirt in her rooms and specially in kitchen she never clean her kitchen well
i do not go into her kitchen if i need to go there then i keep my nose close then i enter
so these are the things we should aware and should properly
