How do you Like your Coffee?  | |  It's always fun to read how people like their coffee, if they make it themselves, or if they go to a coffee shop and get a cup every day... or an espresso, a tea, etc...
I work from home, so we just make a basic pot of coffee every day and sometimes two. Since my fiance and I both work from home, we surely have days where we are asking each other if we should make up a second pot...
He likes it black, and strong, but I can't drink it quite that dark because it upsets my stomach. Coffee doesn't like me very much, but I like coffee... though, I should say too, that he likes more of a mud, or a tar, than black coffee... haha... though he's lightened up some over time and doesn't seem to feel any differently about it, so that's great... because we then save on coffee too, not making it quite as dark.
I though, Love to put hazelnut creamer in my coffee. No extra sugar or anything, just hazelnut creamer... it's my fav...

| | | | | | 1. inpulsive (52)  | 5 months ago |  I like fresh ground coffee beans with the slightest bit of cinnamon in it. I usually put 4 ice cubes in a cup, add some irish cream (just a little) and pour the coffee on top. It is my absolute favorite.

When I was in grad school, though, I would occasionally get a cafe mocha at the cafe where one of my friends worked. I would only get one when he was working, though... I think he put in more hot cocoa than coffe for mine.:)

| dancingmooney (780) | 5 months ago | Haha. I know what you mean. The other day, my fiance went to the store to pick up a few things... and he came home with Vanilla Toffee Caramel. It's good, but just not as good as Hazelnut though... he did say it was on sale though, and that's why he bought it... good boy. Hehee.
He's usually otherwise realllllllyyyyyy good about getting me what I want. I try to always buy the sugar free kind, but depending on what store we've stopped at for things, they may or may not have it. But he's a doll. He knows to look for the sugar free kind.
I've also got him looking for 100% juice when he buys juice too. We both work from home, but he's out and about a lot more often than I am, so he's often stopping at the store to pick up a few things here or there, and has gotten really good about grocery shopping. Gotta love the guy!!
I've even gotten him to switch to ground turkey instead of hamburger, can you believe that?! He's such a doll. I try to cook healthy and make it great, but I also try to eat leaner meats, and not ones that are full of fat.
I made biscuits and gravy with ground turkey in it the other night, just for something a little different, and he loved it...*sigh*
I love it when I can cook whatever I want and he'll still eat it... he's so good to me. | |

| | | | | 6. gmakesmoney (1039) | 5 months ago |  I love coffee in the summer. I use Columbian roast beans and grind them at home, I make it strong but not too strong. I put it in a larg glass and add milk and flavored sugar free creamer and lots of ice. Sometimes we make two pots too. I love Starbucks but it upsets my tummy so I rarely ever have them anymore. When I've got a migraine I brew Bustelo, which is a very strong Columbian espresso my grandmother used to drink, and drink it dark with very little sugar. That always helps. Oh and I got my mother that Senseo machine for Christmas last year so sometimes we use that too, the regular pot is so much easier, so much for fancy, lol.

into my coffee. I loved the rich taste.
I prefer brewed coffee over cheap instant
coffee. There is certainly a big difference
in quality and taste.
I drink tea mostly these days.
And, I certainly do miss my coffee!
I wish I could drink coffee now.
Would probably help with my headaches.
