I did watch AI since the 4th season and it seems to be starting around January. Hope it'll be January already..sigh miss it already. Thanks for letting me respond here. Hope you can read my discussions about AI as well and lookin forward readin your response as well.

American Idol starts every year in January. Not sire of the date but I think it usually starts sometime in the middle of January. :)

January of next year, but auditions open as early as August, I think.
