I need help!  |

|  I have tried nearly everything to make money...short of prostitution (my man said he'd have to rethink things if I went that route). I've sold just about everything of value here, I'm about to lose my car (sheesh!), I'm losing my home, myLot is only for little things (like a soda), and I'm fresh out of ideas! I've asked my dad for help, but his solution is for me to move in with him--in North Carolina (I'm in New Jersey, as is my daughter, and I don't want to leave her). I'm desperate--any ideas on finding some quick cash (I just applied to four jobs THIS week, including yesterday), but I'm out of ideas. Help!
PS-you can always donate a $1 to me...it would only go to paying bills.

| |  You are going to have to find a job fast. If you lose the car there will be no way to get to work. Get a waitress job and you will have money rifht away. There is no free money in this world even when you are down and out.

| |  Waitressing or barmaid are decent jobs if you can get one. My wife has been a waitress at the same restaraunt for 26 years plus and makes great tips actually. Enough to make house payments etc as I don't work. Dad pays about half the mortage payment as reimbursement for my taking care of him and quitting my job when he moved in though.

I saw a sign for Dominos pizza drivers - $10 to $16 in tips, working only 6 hours a week. That's $60 to $96 a week--it costs $50+ to fill my car! So that's what I've been faced with lately. Keep your fingers crossed that this one job comes through..I'd like to be able to say to the bill collectors, "I start a new job Monday and expect to be paid in two weeks". | | | |

| |  Hmm...it is hard to make money sometimes. Quick money is usually even harder.
Have you called the banks and tried to negotiate something with them?
For quick money I have been the queen of moonlighting. I have met people who need some kind of work or service and then I call them up and ask them if they need anything right now - for example there is a guy I will cater for & there are other guys I work for as an assistant...there is baby sitting, cleaning (it's not a fun job, but it's one you can usually find!)
Restuarants tend to hire quickly if you would want to try waitressing...it takes a lot of patience but i've made $100 a day doing that before...
I'm sure something will come through, sometimes it is just about believing ot that will make it happen.
