Rice or potatoes?

Rice and potatos are both highly rich in carbohydrates...soo both should be consumed in certain level and less potato is more good eventhough it is very tasty nlip smacking....:)...only person who do very tiressome work during the day can consume more carbo's ....

actually rice is my staple food...we have it daily..;)

Yes, its true, both the Rice and the Potatoes are very essential in our food..

But out of which we used to eat the Rice in our every meal like from the morning Tiffin onwards, afternoon lunch and even in our dinner we are using the Rice.. when comparred to Potataoes..

But potatoes we are using as side dishes, like the potato fry as dish for Afternoon food, and Potato dish as side dish for our dinner some times with our Chappathies and Poories..

Out of these Two, We use the Rice in more frequency, because in most of the houses, rice is the main item in their food habits especially the Country like India.
Even though in our Tiffen items like Idly, Dosa and Upma will be preparred by using the Rice..

I like both rice and potatoes but if i had to choose I think I would take the potatoes.

I often eat rice and potatoe regularly. In fact more rice than potatoe. Anything you can take, but in right quantity.

I don't care how fattening or bad for the health they are (because of ll the carbs), I love both rice and potatoes, its hard to choose between both, and some nights, when i'm cooking dinner i make both rice and something with potatoes, whether its mashed, boiled, baked, scalloped, etc. That way I don't have to choose what i want to go with my main dish, because i'm having both lol.
