Season 3 Rayven and Jamie sent home  | |  I was not surprised by this elimination. They danced 1st and while I liked the softer side of the hip hop routine, it was not as strong as the others. Though the couple that danced last, I didnt care for all that much either.

| | | | | | | | 1.  Trace86 (2776) | 6 months ago |  I thought it was sad that anyone had to go home so soon. They worked so hard to get there. It might have been nice to have a free pass the first week so that the kids could figure out what things the judges and the audience were looking for.
I love the boy who did the Mia Michaels routine, with the quirky bird movements. He reminded me of Hok.
I can't wait til next week!

| tthom64 (294) | 6 months ago |  I agree. I think they need at least one week to get used to each other and for the audience to get to know them. Some of the dancers were featured more on the audition weeks and so come in with a fan base and that's unfair to those who weren't.
Like last season with Ashley and Ricky I think it was. They were such an odd couple to begin with (she was taller than him) and then were given a terrible dance to do, and so 'boom' - home the first week. And I think Ricky may have had some good dances in him if given a chance.
That's the way I feel especially about Raven. She didn't deserve to go home the first week.
