It's Ticked Off Tuesday!

sorry man..but really didint get what are you going to start the discussion with....you mean to say that you dont like people and asking our view..or ...something else..its so confusing....

Ohhh, I just got a phone call. Caller ID said "Unknown" usually that call is from my hubby. I answered and said "Hello" twice and no one answered. I figured my husband had to hang up quickly, which happens, or it was just a wrong number, as I began to sit the reciever down I hear a woman's voice ask for my husband. My hand was already in the down position and the reciever hit the cradle before I had time to stop the action. Not five seconds later the phone rang, "unknown caller" again and I answered. Here is what I was greeted with after I said "hello"
"Why would you hang up on me when I asked for your husband?" This was delivered in a very nasty tone. I said, "Excuse me?" very surprised that she would speak to me in that manner. She says, "Do you have no manners?" I then said to her, "B%^&ch, you called me and didn't respond when I answered the phone and now you have the audacity to call my home back and speak to me this way?" Yes, I did call her the b-word. That was probably going overboard, but geez. She told me to calm down and not use profanity with her. I explained to her that my husband was at work. She asked if I could "manage" to take a message. I told her if she spoke to me respectfully, I would then take down the message. She told me, "Ma'am you need to calm down and I will just call him back later." and proceeded to hang up the phone on me before I could respond.
Are you kidding me??? I still don't know who she was or what she wanted. My guess is that she will fail her QA (Quality Assurance) grade miserably.
I mean, really, who calls you back twice and then speaks to you like that when they want your business??? Am I missing something?

well right now i am mad about a couple of different things, but if i have to pick one then.........................

my 21 year old brother lives with me, my boyfriend and our two kids. We live in a two bedroom apartment, my brother has his own room and me and my boyfriend and our sons sleep in the other room. But thats not where the problem lies, the problem i have with him is, i buy all the groceries for the house. Everybody eats but he is the only one that doesnt contribute towards buying anymore. I have been extremely nice considering the only money he gives me is $100 a month and that is just for him living here, which i think should be more. am i wrong for asking for more and is it wrong if i ask him to start contributing towards food?

I got a satellite TV installation in for Christmas..Here we are in June,and the Chestnut trees in full leaf beside me HAVE to be responsible for the "No Signal" Error I get when I switch on..So I'll have to pay for a dish engineer callout to tell me that,and meanwhile I'm still paying for a service I can't get?!
Just thought I'd mention a great rant type Ad I heard on my "The Signal" Podcast recently (I was happy cos they read out a comment I'd sent in on an article!)-There's some kind of Podcast fiction award competition coming up and one guy is phoning his friend to tell him about it-his friend gets annoyed he didn't know about the award,and comes out with a stream of abuse "bleeped" by the touchtone phone keys-it made ME Laugh!

I hate it when anytime I'm trying to have a nice lie in on a holiday and then the phone goes! As soon as you're done talking (even if it's only been about 2 or 3 minutes) you can't fall asleep again! That happened to me just this morning and it makes me want to scream! Ah well, what can you do?

Oh, you're such a trip! I hate those kind of drivers, too. I also get mad when people slow down to gawk at an accident, like they're looking for blood. Yech, I don't understand those kinds of people.

My rant is actually 2. You know about the one since Pye started it in a several-part post. The other is the gas prices and not being able to see my daughter play softball tonight. Hubby gave me 10 bucks for gas which didn't give me enough gas to go to her game and back. I was literally running on fumes when I sank that 10 into my tank. The assistant coach took her to the game but had no room for me as well so I ended up staying home. I just remembered I had filled the gas can for the tractor and just might be using that 6 gallons tomorrow for my route. Hubby gets paid tomorrow but can't cash his check till Fri. and then will give me enough to get by on till next Fri. which will be payday again for me. I'm no longer living check to check now. Had to cancel several services so I can fill my car and put food on the table.

Well, due to a recent, very disappointing trip to the dentist I have to say that I hate when the dentist lies to you about what he can do for you. Then, tells you to come into his office and, once you waste your time and money getting there and waiting to see him, his receptionist finally tells you that there's nothing he can do to help you. If this sounds like a personal issue... it's because it is.

Well, let's see, this is all pretty much about my LONG trip home to drop off this bonehead that pays me to drive him to and from work each day (dumba$$ lost his license a year ago for CONTINUING to drink and drive!)

I started out and darn, I missed my turn off, so I have to go back. No biggie. I get to one place where I needed to make a left off the jughandle, and then a left at the light. One guy saw where I was intending to go and even backed up to let me in. Once I start getting my car straightened out, I see out of the corner of my left eye a large truck trying to merge into my lane--WTF? He was behind me and tried to come AROUND me on the left! Some people have NO patience!

Now I'm getting where I need to go, ride went uneventfully, I even made a light that I always miss! Things are going good when...MY CELL PHONE RINGS! (in NJ, you have to use a hands-free device or you get a ticket). As I'm struggling to answer the call and set it on speaker, it's my future passenger (who I'd like to kill about now!) asking where I'm at (I've told him NOT to call me after 4:30--it's now 5:15 PM). ON THE ROAD TO PICK YOU UP! I tell him that and continue on my way.

Once he's been buckled in and hasn't said anything really offending in the first few minutes, I start to calm down...UNTIL this guy just pulled across my lane with a boat on a trailer! I had to stomp down on what's left of my brakes, while he's looking at me like, 'Did I do that?' (think Urkel).

I was furious at this point, and tried to keep the conversation to a minimum (after this morning's "oh, let's go to Gettysburg in July or August" comments--the hottest time of the year and I've got to drive! it's going to kill me!) I ended up biting the inside of my cheek to prevent me from going off on this guy. I just need a job, so that I can stop driving this fool!

Ok, deep breath in, deep breath out, rinse and repeat...I'm not feeling any better, so I'll see what alcohol I still have left in the house.

i hate it when people that know i have health probs ask me how im feeling.. i have a chronic pain condition so i feel like CRAP!!! and then my mom gets all upset because she cant do anything about it and i end up comforting her which makes it more annoying.. and then when i do have a good day she thinks im cured and will never hurt again then gets upset again when i hurt again.. i am too truthful to lie.. maybe i should take it up on this subject lol
