Do you put some lotions before you go to sleep?

=) maybe you will laugh at me if I told you that I am not putting anything in my skin and in my face before I go to sleep... I am not comfortable going to sleep putting something in my skin and especially in my face... One thing that I do before to going to sleep and that is to take a bath that's all...

But in the morning before I go to work that is the time I use facial cleanser, facial cream and powder to my face.. I also used lotion but no perfumes because I am allergic to it... That's all... But when I stayed at home, I don't put all those things that I mention..

I do usually use body lotion and face cream before i go to bed then sunscreen of a morning.

I usually put body lotion on my feet, legs, arms and hands and face cream on my face before I go to bed every night. I also brush my hair out and put it up every night.

Sometimes i do that, sometime i don't so cold to take a bath before a sleep. specially at night time. BRRR!

Hi, mialei, your avatar is beautifull. Now i want to share few thing on this question. I also use few things before going to bed. sometime i use olive oil not every day. once a week. other day i use aleo vera. My skin type is combination of oily and dry, thats why i use oil and then aleo vera to repair my skin from any damage.
Note: aleo vera can be only be used in summer, if you want to use in any other season then apply for 15 min only. enjoy:)

It's really cold in the evening so I rarely get to have a shower in the evening. But I do wash my face before hitting the sack. After that, I would use facial cleanser then apply facial cream. I also apply lotion on my arms and hands as well as on my legs. I really do not use cologne or perfume before sleeping.

I like to wash my face with a wash from avon and then put on a pm moisturizer .I always put on a body lotion before I go to bed . Either cocoa butter, shea or oatmeal.

I think that's part of the normal routine for most women although there are some who prefer to go to bed without such routine as they feel fresher and cleanere without oil or lotion or powder on their body. I have a regular routing of cleansing my face starting with a cleansing lotion then washing my faxce with water then putting on night cream. On my body i prefer to use powder before I go to bed as it makes me feel fresh and clean without feeling too oily or greasy.

LOL My body needs a lot of beauty constructions. It needs a lot of help from the outside world so I definitely put something like lotion in my body or a night cream. When I was a little younger, I just wanted to be clean before I rest at night but not, I need to help my skin rest too by putting something. LOL
